WARNING
This tweak is indeed easy to do. But is it beneficial for general use? Microsoft has made it very clear that is only for systems primarily used as servers. For other uses it will almost always be harmful. It basically tells Windows that memory for file caching has priority over memory for applications. This is good for file servers but will usually impair application performance.

Many users have experienced major problems after making this change. Problems range from severe performance issues, system instability, and data corruption. These problems occur primarily with some specific but common hardware configurations. It is deadly with some common video cards and other devices.
